Shipping & Delivery

Tape Central will ship your order UPS Ground. We do have the ability to ship any UPS Air service, Fed Ex, USPS, and LTL carriers. If you do not see one of these options available upon checkout, please call us at (877) 432-8273 for special orders.

Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item. Select products qualify for free shipping.

Orders received before 5pm EST will ship the same day, provided the product is in stock. Most orders received after 5pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday and some holidays.

UPS is our preferred carrier, but you may choose FedEx or US Mail. We ship via ground by carrier from our inventory or via drop ship from manufacuterer or vendor. Drop shipped items generally take about 7-10 days to arrive to US destinations. Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.

Returns & Replacements

We accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. For all other returns, we may accept unopened (factory sealed) products after 30 days, though we are not under obligation to do so and we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. 


Order Online: Ordering from is an easy and quick way to shop 24 hours a day. While browsing our store you can add item(s) to your shopping cart by clicking on <Add to Cart>. You can easily edit quantities in your shopping cart, located in the top right corner. When you are finished, click on the <Checkout> button and you will be easily guided though the rest of the secure checkout process. 

Order by Phone: To order by phone please contact Tape Central  toll-free at (877) 432-8273, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm EST. Please have ready the Item number(s) you would like to order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept the following method of payment for all online orders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Our checkout process is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL certificate. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping address be processed securely without any compromising factors. Promotions and NEW products will be available time to time on our web site, you will also be notified via email if you signed up for our Newsletter.

By logging into the My Account page on you can access current and previous orders, complete with status information.

Updating Account Information

To log in when visiting our site just click Login or My Account at the top of every page, and then enter your e-mail address and password. When you log in to your account, you will be able to do the following:

  • Proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase
  • Check the status of orders
  • View past orders
  • Make changes to your account information
